At a lot of my talks, I show an illustration of a piece we created called the “Journey,” which is a visual way of showing all the work agents at my company do to get a home from consultation to contract to closing. I get a lot of requests to see it, so I’m putting it up here for those of you who are interested.

The idea is that agents too often focus their value proposition on just marketing — even worse, the distributional marketing that today is just a trivial elements of our value. The Journey illustrates the true value of an agent in an arresting way, elongating and articulating everything an agent does. My agents love it.
